Google Fiber tops Netflix ISP Index during December

Google Fiber exhibited the fastest Netflix speeds during the month of December with average speeds of 3.69 Mbps, according to Netflix's monthly ISP Speed Index report. Cablevision-Optimum took the No. 2 spot with average Netflix speeds of 2.85 Mbps, followed by Cox with 2.62 Mbps, Suddenlink with 2.54 Mbps and Charter with 2.30 Mbps.
