Google goes further on Right to be Forgotten

Google has announced changes to its approach to delisting search results under the 'right to be forgotten' in Europe in response to discussions with regulators. The company's global privacy counsel, Peter Fleicher, writes in a blog post that it will implement its new system during the week of 07 March. Until now, if someone submitted a URL for delisting via Google's webform and the company determines that their request meets the criteria set by the ECJ the company delists the URL from the search results generated in response to a search for their name.
