Google hires UK entrepreneur Wendy Tan White to help run Alphabet X

Google parent Alphabet has hired UK tech entrepreneur Wendy Tan White as Vice President of its Alphabet X (formerly Google X) unit, reports TechCrunch. A veteran of the UK startup scene, Tan White founded SaaS website builder Moonfruit, later sold to Yell Group for USD 37 million, led the Open Cosmos Series A for BGF Ventures and has over 30 personal investments with her husband Joe White.
