Google, News Corp strike global partnership on news

News Corp has signed a multi-year partnership agreement with Google to provide journalism content from its news sites around the world in return for payments by Google. The 3-year agreement will also see the development of a subscription platform, sharing ad revenue via Google's ad technology services, cultivation of audio journalism and investments in video journalism by YouTube.
