Google, Samsung sign up to new MasterCard Express programme

MasterCard has unveiled its Digital Enablement Express (Express) programme, aimed at simplifying the process of digitising and tokenising MasterCard accounts through the MasterCard Digital Enablement Service (MDES). MasterCard said that Google will be among the first digital partners to participate in the newly launched Digital Enablement Express programme. The company will be able to have a streamlined onboarding process to engage with all participating MasterCard issuers around the globe, accelerating consumer access to Android Pay.
