Google seeks testers for augmented reality glasses

Thursday 21 February 2013 | 09:33 CET | News
Google has released more details of its augmented reality glasses and said it's searching for people to test the product. Candidates must be in the US and need to send in a motivation letter and pay USD 1,500 to join the Google Glass test. The glasses project information on the user's whereabouts onto the screen of the glasses and can also record what the user sees to make photos and videos. The glasses are connected to the mobile internet to search for and share additional information and can be controlled using voice commands.
