Google starts offering search engine choice in Russia

Google has started implementing its settlement with the Russian federal competition watchdog FAS, reports Vedomosti. In the latest beta version of the Chrome browser, Russian users can now choose a search engine, rather than rely on Google as default. The options are the Russian search engines Yandex and Mail.ru or Google.
