Google to launch accelerators in Argentina, Mexico and Colombia

Google is set to open three new Launchpad Accelerator spaces in Argentina, Mexico and Colombia this year following the success of the company’s first Latin American incubator space in Sao Paulo, reports El Pais. The spaces are designed to help startups build and scale products by matching them Google’s experts, network and technologies. Google announced the launch at the fifth edition of its Launchpad incubation programme in San Francisco, saying five or six local startups will be chosen for acceleration every six months.
