Greek banks increase Forthnet stake with debt conversion

Piraeus Bank, National Bank of Greece, Alpha Bank and Attica Bank have increased their stake in Greek operator Forthnet through the conversion of convertible bonds into new shares. Their collective share increases to 36.2 percent from 32.8 percent.
