GSMA, Asiet concerned about Chile spectrum rulings

Industry associations GSMA and ASIET (Inter-American Association of Telecommunications Companies) have issued a joint statement expressing concern about the implications of last week's ruling from Chile's supreme court requiring operators to return spectrum in the 700MHz band as well as a regulatory order from Subtel temporarily prohibiting use of the 3.5GHz band.
