Hadopi denies failure to promote legal online offer

Hadopi president Marie-Francoise Marais rejected culture minister Aurelie Filipetti's assertion that the anti-piracy authority had failed in its mission to contribute to increasing the offer of legal online music and video. Marais said that Hadopi was not responsible, nor guilty, given its obligations to operate within the means set out by legislation in its efforts to encourage the development of legal online content services.
