Halotel Tanzania brings in advertising ringtones

Halotel Tanzania has introduced a service called Halo Saini that that will be accessible free of charge to Halotel subscribers who wish to advertise their businesses. They will be able to draft a message describing their business, then set this message as a ring-back tone or ring tone so that the caller or call recipient can learn about the business, free of charge.
