HBO chief announces departure

The departure comes less than a year after the acquisition by AT&T of HBO parent Time Warner for USD 85.4 billion and amid news WarnerMedia wants to launch its own streaming service. WarnerMedia CEO John Stankey is reportedly looking to hire new executives for the service.
