HBO renegotiating deals with US pay-TV operators - report

Thursday 13 October 2016 | 14:02 CET | News
HBO has started renegotiating contracts with US pay-TV companies to improve the revenues it earns from hit shows such as Game of Thrones, according to an unnamed source cited by Bloomberg. The network recently renewed a long-term contract with AT&T and is said to be nearing a new agreement with Charter, said the report. It also has an upcoming key renewal with Comcast.
