Hi survey finds young people like music on mobile phone

Young people listen to around four hours of music a day, of which around 1.2 hours while on the go, according to a survey for Dutch mobile services provider Hi of almost 800 people aged 16-25. Around 40 percent of those surveyed said they no longer see the need for a MP3 player and can instead use their mobile phones to listen to music. The advantages of a mobile phone over a MP3 player include you always have it with you (74%) and you don't have to carry two devices (56%), respondents said.
