Hi to launch new data-based postpaid plans in September

Dutch mobile services provider Hi will introduce on 02 September a new range of mobile plans based around data services. The KPN subsidiary said 4G access will be standard in the plans. Customers can choose from three data plans with a device included and then add a voice plan if needed. For younger people who use internet less it also offers the Hi Start 3G plan. The new plans see the provider abandon the handset leasing offer started last year. Hi said research among customers showed they wanted to own the phone, which for young people is seen as an extension of themselves. The new plans
