Hiber awarded permit in Netherlands for LEO satellites

The Dutch Telecom Agency has awarded a space permit to Hiber, allowing the Dutch start-up to launch low-earth-orbit satellites. The company plans to use the satellites to deliver IoT connectivity to rural areas.
