HIG Capital eyes new ISP acquisitions in Brazil

Global investment firm HIG Capital is preparing to make new acquisitions in the area of fibre optic infrastructure in Brazil, reports Valor Economico. Its Brazilian unit, based in Rio de Janeiro, is analysing almost ten ISPs in the interior of the state of Sao Paulo, which it has identified as assets of interest for acquisition.
