Spanish satellite operator Hispasat plans to launch its Amazonas 4A satellite in December. Built in the record time of 18 months, the Amazonas 4A satellite aims to meet growing demand in the Americas, which accounts for 55 percent of the company's overall business, EFE reports, citing Hispasat CEO Carlos Espinos.
