HMD Global aims for 10% growth in Kenya in 2020

HMD Global is targeting a 10 percent growth in sales of Nokia-brand phones in Kenya in 2020 after the launch of the Nokia C1 and Nokia 2.3 in December 2019. The company has a variety of feature phones and is planning a major expansion on the smartphones platform. HMD global CEO Florian Seiche said the company is counting on partnerships with service providers in the country to expand its market.
