Hollandsnieuwe says customer service back to normal

Vodafone's brand Hollandsnieuwe said it's restored waiting times on its customer service to more normal levels, following a large number of complaints from customers earlier this year. A Sim card swap due to new internal systems at the company led to complaints about delays in number porting, lost prepaid credit and problems reaching the company's customer service. Hollandsnieuwe started a programme to improve its service and compensate customers, while also halting its marketing to new customers. A spokeswoman for the operator said that it has seen improvements in customer service waiting
