Vodafone's brand Hollandsnieuwe and MVNO Simpel are among the best-rated companies in the Netherlands for digital customer experience. In the latest Digital Excellence Monitor from WUA, the ANWB, ING, bol.com, Coolblue, RACQ and SKY also received top marks for the best digital customer experience on desktop and smartphone.
