Honduras rules mobile credit must be valid for 90 days

Honduras regulator has approved new rules with a view to reinforcing the rights of mobile phone users, especially those in the prepay sector, reports local daily El Heraldo. In a notification published in the country's official gazette, Conatel ruled that prepaid users are to receive services under the same conditions of quality and non-discriminatory treatment as those offered to postpay users.
