Hosted, cloud to push global collaboration market up 9% to USD 45 bln

The global collaboration market is expected to increase this year by 9 percent and reach USD 45 billion, driven by hosted and cloud collaboration, according to the latest study from the Synergy Research Group. TeamWork Apps will be the highest growth market, up by almost 60 percent, while CPaaS and VaaS will each grow by around 30 percent, with UCaaS and CCaaS the next highest growth markets.
