Hrvatski Telekom, Ericsson sign outsourcing agreement
A non-binding letter of intent has been signed between Croatian operator T-Hrvatski Telekom, Ericsson and Croatian telecom equipment manufacturer Ericsson Nikola Tesla to outsource HT's networks construction and maintenance services. Around 650 Hrvatski Telekom employees will be transferred to a subsidiary of Ericsson Nikola Tesla. A public announcement will be released with details on the project after the closure of the agreement, and the companies obtain the required corporate and regulatory approvals.

Hrvatski Telekom extends managed services deal with Ericsson

Hrvatski Telekom and Ericsson Nikola Tesla Servisi have extended their Management Services Agreement for the construction and maintenance of fixed and mobile telecommunications infrastructure, supervision of the telecommunications network, and field maintenance of the active and passive access network. Croatian operator Hrvatski Telekom ended the first six months of 2014 with revenues of HRK 3.3 billion, down 5.2 percent compared to the same period of the previous year. Revenue declined primarily in the voice segment, and this was partially offset by higher non-voice revenue, substantial growth in ICT revenue and increased terminal equipment revenue. Romtelecom, Cosmote outsource networks to Ericsson 

Ericsson signed a seven-year managed services agreement with Romanian operators Romtelecom and Cosmote, both subsidiaries of OTE and Deutsche Telekom. Ericsson will manage the operators' wireline and wireless networks in Romania. The agreement extends Ericsson's footprint in managed services in Romania, with a new agreement with Cosmote Romania and an extension of the partnership with Romtelecom.
