Hrvatski Telekom introduces eSim service

Croatian operator Hrvatski Telekom introduced the new eSim service as the first in the Deutsche Telekom Group. Based on GSMA standards, the commercial eSim offering is set to become the new way of providing telecom services, replacing the use of physical Sim cards and enabling internet connections for an increasing number of devices, HT said. The first device offered by Hrvatski Telekom that supports the eSim service will be the Huawei Watch 2 smartwatch.
