HSL Mobile offers free SMS tools to organisations to cope with severe weather

HSL Mobile, provider of SMS messaging to organisations, will offer free subscriptions to their SMS emergency communications tools in response to the Scottish Government's new Fair Work Charter for Severe Weather.
