HTHKH revenue drops 3% in H1 on pricing pressure on local data tariffs

Hutchison Telecommunications Hong Kong and its subsidiaries (HTHKH Group) saw its service revenue decrease by 3 percent to HKD 1.78 billion in the first six months of 2019. Hardware revenue of HKD 733 million was 66 percent lower year-on-year, reflecting softer demand for new smartphones, HTHKH added.
