Huawei founder hopes for 'open policy' from new US government

Huawei's founder Ren Zhengfei said he hopes the new US government pursues an "open policy" that benefits American firms and economic development. He was speaking in his first public appearance in nearly a year, at the launch of a 5G mining project by Huawei in Taiyuan, Reuters reports.
