Huawei has right to appeal against Swedish court ruling over 5G supply ban

Swedish communications regulator PTS said welcomed the Administrative Court of Stockholm's decision to reject an appeal by Huawei Technologies Sweden in two cases concerning conditions for 5G licences. It said the decision provides clarity to operators and means that 5G network development can continue. It added that Huawei can seek leave to appeal against the Administrative Court ruling at the Court of Appeal in Stockholm, and if this were granted, then PTS would defend its decision.
