Huawei in talks to acquire Russian hardware, sofware makers

Huawei iis in acquisition talks with Russia's MCST, a developer of the Elbrus processor, as well with Russian company Bazallt, developer of the Alt OS, reports Cnews.ru. Huawei expects to use the equipment and software in its own products.
