Huawei launches mobile app development platform

Chinese telecommunications equipment vendor Huawei has introduced its BaaS back-end service platform PowerApp. The platform, which targets mobile app developers, is currently in beta, ChinaTechNews.com writes. PowerApp will offer flexible cloud computing services, cloud storage, and a CDN network, which Huawei is offering in partnership with QingCloud and An Quan Bao. Development support will also include third-party development interfaces, third-party account logins, weather, LBS support, voice recognition technology, and music recognition.
