Huawei manufacturer Foxconn scales back production - report

Huawei is reassessing its aim to become the world's top-selling smartphone vendor by 2020, amid expectations the US trade ban on the company may slow its growth. The company is already preparing to scale back production, people familiar with the matter told the South China Morning Post.
