Huawei mulls 'no backdoor' agreement with Indian government

China's Huawei is willing to sign a "no backdoor" agreement with the Indian government, in an attempt to fight the recent security concerns, Reuters reports, citing Jay Chen, CEO of Huawei's India unit. India plans to launch a 5G spectrum services before March 2020, according to the country's Telecoms Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad.
