Huawei publicises CloudAIR to African carriers for efficient spectrum use

Huawei says its CloudAIR product will benefit South African and African carriers affected by a lack of spectrum but who need to improve coverage and capacity, reports Mybroadband. With the rapid development of mobile broadband (MBB) services, operators are concerned about heavy network load, poor user service, and traffic suppression. They seek ways to improve spectrum efficiency, says David Chen, director of marketing and solution sales at Huawei Southern Africa Region.
