Huawei pulls bond issue at last minute

Huawei cancelled its first bond issue in euros after reports the company is under criminal investigation in the US for possible violations of sanctions against Iran. Investors had placed more than EUR 2 billion of orders for the securities, and bankers had already released final pricing guidance, before the company decided to cancel the offering, market participants told the Wall Street Journal.
