Huawei releases Autonomous Driving Mobile Network platform MAE

Huawei officially released the Mobile Automation Engine (MAE) platform, which accelerates full-scenario autonomous driving in mobile networks. The MAE platform carries three major concepts: All-Scenario Oriented, AI Inside, and Autonomy by Layer (3A). Thanks to the first concept, network operation transfers from NE-oriented to scenario-oriented. Wit AI Inside, AI functionalities are introduced to build a smart engine that converges management and control, endowing the network with new functionalities, such as scenario awareness and identification, network prediction, and self-learning.
