Huawei has signed a technology license agreement for the Operations Support System Interoperability Initiative (OSSii) with Ericsson. Under the terms of the deal, Huawei and Ericsson will mutually license their respective Element Management System (EMS) interfaces. Each vendor will provide the other with pre-integration testing services and will deliver its own OSS software with OSSii support for deployment in multi-vendor environments.
