Huawei, Yandex to partner for mapping service for app developers

Huawei plans to launch its own mapping service called Map Kit in October, reports Tdaily.ru. It plans to cooperate with Russian internet search engine Yandex and US company Booking Holdings for the service, which will be available in 40 languages in 150 states and regions. Map Kit is aimed at developers rather than end-users for use in application design.
