Hub One announced the acquisition of Oveliane and OikiaLog, two small French companies that generated combined revenues of EUR 1.2 million in 2018. Co-owned by Laurent Noe, they currently have approximately ten employees between them. Oveliane is an IT system security governance software publisher, which has been granted 'France Cybersecurity' certification for its OSE (Operating system Security Enforcer) product. OikiaLog is a software integration provider specialising in the analysis of log data and related SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) services.

Hub One said that the acquisitions will strengthen its cybersecurity expertise and will help it implement the best SOC (Security Operations Centre) practices for clients. A subsidiary of airport services group ADP, the ICT company is targeting revenues of EUR 200-300 million in the next three to six years, compared to EUR 155 million generated in 2018.
