Hytera's new products do not infringe Motorola patents - US ITC

The US International Trade Comission said that Hytera's redesigned products do not infringe Motorola patents. This final decision means they can be imported and sold in the US. The move comes after the US ITC confirmed earlier this month that some Hytera products infringed four Motorola patents. These products have been banned from import or sale in the US. Hytera also lost a case in Germany, where a court banned the sale of the patented products and the sale of products capable of performing that patented method in Germany. Both the ITC and the German court however noted that Hytera products
