I Squared Capital acquires Mexico's KIO Networks

Infrastructure investment manager I Squared Capital said it has completed the acquisition of KIO Networks, Mexico's largest data centre operator and a leading digital infrastructure service provider, for an undisclosed amount. KIO has a strong regional presence with assets not only in Mexico, but throughout Central America and the Caribbean via an extensive network of data centres with over 20 megawatts of installed operational capacity.
