iBasis, Mobileum partner on roaming, network services based on analytics

iBasis entered into a partnership with Mobileum to deliver value-added roaming services like Steering of Roaming, Signaling Firewalls, Border Roaming Management, Virtual Home Environment, among others. Under the agreement's terms, iBasis will use Mobileum's functionalities in roaming value-added services across its IPX and Global Access for Things IoT products.
