IBM appoints new head of Russian branch

IBM has appointed Iris Dzeba as the new head of its Russian branch, reports Cnews.ru. She has replaced Andrey Filatov, who had held the role since 2015. Dzeba will be responsible for the company's activities in Russia and the CIS.
