IBM buys Spanish cloud services specialist Bluetab

IBM said it has agreed to acquire Spanish company Bluetab Solutions Group to expand its portfolio of data and hybrid cloud consulting services. Madrid-based Bluetab was founded in 2005 and specialises in enabling companies to generate more value from their data by transforming their on-premise data and analytics estates to hybrid multi-cloud data platforms using a combination of public cloud providers and technologies including Red Hat OpenShift.
