IBM and Juniper Networks want to build smarter networks with predictive analytics. The companies will work together on real-time behaviour insights to improve mobile experience for customers, address the increasing application demands of the Internet of Things (IoT) and to uncover new opportunities from Big Data. The analytics system will help Communication Service Providers (CSPs) get better visibility into the management of their networks, see subscriber and BPN behaviours and scale automated services based on actual data.
