IBM plans new global operations centre in Dublin

IBM will create up to 40 new jobs at a new multi-lingual operations centre for its global software services at IBM Technology Campus Dublin. The centre will allow IBM to use cloud infrastructure and smarter analytics to deliver operational services to customers worldwide. Using software as a service (SaaS), the new centre will drive innovation and the adoption of big data, cloud and collaboration to deliver high value operational support, increase efficiency and improve quality and compliance across IBM's globally integrated software services.
