IBM, Salesforce deal will combine Watson, Einstein expertise

IBM and Salesforce have announced a global strategic partnership, combining their AI expertise to develop news systems for businesses. The aim is to drive "an entirely new level" of intelligent customer engagement across sales, service, marketing, and commerce by combining IBM Watson and Salesforce Einstein. IBM will also invest in its Global Business Services for Salesforce, adding a new practice to help clients rapidly deploy the combined IBM Watson and Salesforce Einstein capabilities. IBM will in addition deploy Salesforce Service Cloud across the company to transform its global product
