IBM to open 4 new data centres in UK

IBM announced that it is adding four new cloud data centres in the UK, to keep pace with growing client demand. The investment triples its cloud centre capacity in the UK, taking it from two to six data centres in the UK and 16 across Europe. With these new data centres, clients have access to a complete portfolio of IBM cloud services for running their enterprise workloads and applications. The first facility will open in Fareham at the end of December, with three more opening in the UK next year.
