ICASA councillor Nomonde Gongxeka-Seopa resigns half-way through term

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) has announced the end of the term of Councillor Nomonde Gongxeka-Seopa on 10 July. Gongxeka-Seopa tendered her resignation to the Minister of Communications and Digital Technologies in April. Under the ICASA Act, a councillor may resign at any time upon at least three months' written notice.
